In my wife’s opinion, more shaded areas by the pool would be great.

friendly staff but cleanliness needs improvement
The staff were some of the friendliest I've ever encountered! Especially the bartenders, like Luis Solutions, who made our evenings special. We enjoyed a lovely sea view from our premium studio, which added charm to our stay.
The overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired.

Couples looking for a good time
Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. The bartenders are amazing , especially Luis Solutions. Although we checked in late , check-in was a breeze. The place had a wonderful view as well.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but it was acceptable.

The Premium Studio, Non-Smoking had a lovely design with modern decor, creating a cozy atmosphere. The location offered easy access to local attractions, perfect for exploring during the day.
Unfortunately, several issues overshadowed the experience. The fourth-floor room lacked an elevator, which made hauling luggage a workout. The king bed consisted of two twin beds, leaving an unappealing gap every night. Despite the promise of a jacuzzi, it remained out of service for most of the week. We faced delays on multiple requests for water, with only one brief window of use. Dining options were limited, with the same buffet spread on repeat-a bit tiresome after three days. Room service arrived with an unexpected service fee for something labeled 'all inclusive,' which felt a tad off. The numbers speak, it was a decent stay, but not without its share of inconveniences.

The chic Art Deco decor gave the resort a stylish warmth, and I loved that the general areas were spacious enough for easy navigation, making it comfortable for everyone, including seniors like myself.
More elevators for easier access, please.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I was disappointed with our stay overall. The jacuzzi was out of service for most of our week, despite multiple requests. We had to deal with an inconvenient bed setup, and the food variety was very limited. Overall, the experience didn't meet our expectations.
